Héctor José Cardona Machado is an anthropologist from the Central University of Venezuela (2005). He completed postgraduate studies at the University of Alicante (master's degree in cultural heritage management, 2008) and holds a master's degree in archaeology from El Colegio de Michoacán (2016). He is currently undertaking postdoctoral research at the Center for Archaeological Studies of El Colegio de Michoacán, developing controlled cross-cultural research on the relationships between political organization and the configuration of dwellings.
