COVID / BREXIT updates:

Publishing: Our publishing schedule proceeds as normal without significant interruptions; our team continue to work as usual, albeit in various locations. Our printing and fulfilment partners are all open and functioning at this time with some services being slower than in normal times.

Shipping delays: We are very sorry to say that our distributor is currently experiencing a severe backlog due to COVID causing frequent staff absences. Currently orders are expected to take in the region of 14 days to ship from their warehouse. This delay is anticipated to shrink as the backlog is cleared. We are very sorry for this slow service. If you have a question about an order awaiting delivery, or needed delivery by a specific date, please get in touch and we will advise as best we can: info@archaeopress.com.

EU customers: Website orders destined for EU addresses are now likely to be subject to import VAT and customs clearance charges. If you have any queries on this point please contact us and we will do our best to advise: info@archaeopress.com. We are actively working to be able to ship orders from within the EU, but at this time the majority of orders will continue to ship from the UK.

COVID-19:

The ongoing impact of COVID, compounded throughout the early part of 2021 as shipping firms adapted to new export rules following Brexit, continues to cause considerable delay to international shipments. Packages are safely reaching their destination, however delivery times, especially for shipments sent via Airmail, continue to be unpredictable and are typically far longer than in normal times. We sincerely thank you for your patience while you await your order. If you do have any concerns, please contact info@archaeopress.com.

eBook purchases are available to download immediately upon completion of your purchase. At this time there is no way to re-download after this time (we are actively developing the website so that this will be possible in future); should you find yourself unable to download at point of purchase or to have accidentally deleted the file please contact us with your receipt and we will provide a new link to download the eBook.

If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. If we have already dispatched your order, you may return it at your own expense and we shall refund the cost of the books. Please contact us before returning any books.

Damaged or faulty books may be returned for a replacement copy (when available) or a refund. We will refund any postage charges you incur in returning a damaged book to us. Please contact us before returning any book.
