MULTI‐USER eBOOK STANDARD LICENCE

This licence sets out the terms of use for any Archaeopress multi‐user PDF eBook. By continuing with this purchase you are agreeing to these terms and forming a binding agreement between Archaeopress Publishing Ltd (Hereafter referred to as The Publisher) and you, the purchaser and/or the institutional body on behalf of whom you are making the purchase (Hereafter referred to as The Institution).

TERMS OF USE:

PDF files are supplied as an outright licensed purchase for a single charge at the current price listed at our website www.archaeopress.com (plus VAT if applicable) from the Publisher to The Institution, to be hosted on their own internal database, only for the Institution’s registered/approved users exclusively and without limit to the number of simultaneous users or times accessed.
 
All copyrights remain with the Publisher (and or its third‐parties as applicable), including all texts, photographs and other individual components or parts it may contain. The Institution will not make additional copies, adapt or redesign the pdf or publish or exploit it in any other format. The Publisher may mark the pdf using an electronic watermark or other identifier.

Viruses and Security:

Digital transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure, or error free as information may be intercepted, corrupted or incomplete as a result of the transmission process. The Publisher will scan the pdf but accepts no liability for any damage sustained as a result of viruses or other malicious content that might be contained in the pdf. The file is the product of current digital technology and no guarantee is to be assumed for its long‐term operation.
